Data Deletion Instructions

Postrendify (operated by Humanity Founders, Inc.) lets you delete your account and all data we hold about you at any time. Deleting your data permanently removes your connected social accounts and their stored access tokens, your generated posts, content plans, brand settings, and scheduling preferences.

How to delete your data

Choose either method below:

Option 1 — Email request (deletes everything)

1. Send an email to contact@humanityfounders.com from the email address associated with your Postrendify account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my data".
3. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days and email you a confirmation.

Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook

1. Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find Postrendify in the list of connected apps.
3. Click Remove.
4. Facebook automatically notifies us, and we delete all data associated with your Facebook/Instagram connection. You can track the request using the confirmation code shown after removal.

Disconnect a single platform

To remove just one network (and its stored access token) without deleting your whole account, open Dashboard → Accounts in Postrendify and click Disconnect next to that platform. Its tokens are removed immediately.
